Gary David
Gary is a Professor of Sociology, and Professor of Information Design and Corporate Communication at Bentley University. He is the founder of ethno-analytics, LLC, a consultancy that focuses on integrated design and experience alignment. He is a keynote speaker and organizational educator at garyconnects.com. He also is an educational livestreamer on Twitch. As an ethnographer, his observational skills lead him to be constantly puzzled and bemused by the events he sees around him every day.
Adam Gamwell
Adam is a design anthropologist and digital producer. He co-founded Missing Link Studios, a participatory research and design collaborative that uses design thinking and the social sciences to help change makers and social impact organizations define and tell their stories better. At the Studio he hosts This Anthro Life Podcast and produces shows including Faxina and Miracle Renegade in addition to Experience By Design.
Gary and Adam also often collaborate on experience research projects for organizations and businesses, helping them uncover unmet customer needs, manage culture and organizational change, design new media and communication strategies, and creating integrated experiences that lead to deeper customer and stakeholder relationships and more effective, lasting change.
